I made these cupcakes for a friend of my friend Lucille's grandmother's 62nd birthday celebration (a little confusing, yes). The color theme was red and silver so it was indeed a no brainer that metallic dragees are the perfect cupcake topping for it. It was my first time to use red frosting and I can say they look pretty fabulous. :D
