It was last week of November when I suddenly craved for Chocolate Truffles my sister in law Alcee used to make for some of her friends at work. The timing was perfect because I had leftover dark chocolates we (Melody, Katrina and I at Melody's place) used to make Molten Chocolate Cakes last week which we usually make Chocolate Truffles out of.
It was basically a refrigerated chocolate ganache, rounded and rolled on cocoa. I love it because it's incredibly easy to make, absolutely satisfying and, well, it's chocolate! what's not to love?!
Go on and make some for the holidays. :)
